While on a break of a few months from work, work meaning working for an MNC, I begin to ponder wether it is more satisfying working for yourself, doing your own thing , as an entreprenuer or slaving away for someone else..!
Do you really feel happy and content in the 'Yes Boss' regime all the time....? What is it that makes all of us looking out always for better jobs..better employers .. better bosses.. and not once for a better way of work.. being ur own boss!
I know what side I support.. why dont you tell me what you think, after all those years you have spent in your various fields and industries.. Then lets debate.
